Description
Ingredients: Soy beans, water, sea salt, toasted barley flour. This condiment originated in China, about 2500 years ago, and was later taken to Japan (7th century) by Buddhist monks. Its flavor is more concentrated than Shoyu, it is obtained in a traditional way through a fermentation process of soy beans. This process takes about 2-3 years. It is subsequently filtered, pasteurized and bottled.

Use Mode
It can be used as a condiment in legumes, in protein preparations (Tofu, Seitan, Tempeh, fish or meat), in soups, algae, vegetables, cereals, pates and sauces. Store in a cool, dry place.
