You can prepare a porridge with 70ml of boiled water, 2 tablespoons of porridge, 3 bio cereals (about 10g) and 100g of jar fruits or fresh pressed fruits. You can also mix 2 tablespoons of porridge 3 bio cereals with 200g of hot vegetables. Transitional milk – after the 6th month: Bring to a boil 150ml of water, then let it cool to a temperature of around 50ºC. First dilute 5 measures of Transition Milk 2 and then add 3-4 tablespoons of porridge 3 bio cereals (about 18g). With breast milk:
Dilute 5 tablespoons of porridge 3 bio cereals (about 25g) in 130ml of warm breast milk. Attention: To conserve valuable nutrients, do not heat breast milk to more than 40ºC.
1 tablespoon of porridge = about 5g
1 Measure of Transition Milk = 4.7g. Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, consume within 3 to 4 weeks.
