Do not pre-cook. On a greased tray, spread a layer of raw lasagna followed by another layer of bechamel sauce or tomato, not very concentrated. Cover again with lasagna and so on. Always finish with a layer of sauce and cheese, completely covering the last slice of lasagna. Take to the preheated oven at 200ºC for 35 minutes. Store in a cool, dry place.
